Done For You Dog Training
Payment and Scheduling
Payment:
At Positive Pathways, we are committed to providing you and your dog with the highest quality service.
Due to the nature of our service, payment in full will be required for all courses.
We understand the long-term commitment required also comes with a large payment.
We have payment options available for the following packages:
Fast Track:
Payment in full due before scheduling our initial consultation.
Persistent Path:
Down payment* of one half due before scheduling our initial consultation. The second half will be paid before the start of week 4.
Tenure Track:
Pay one fourth of the full price for a down payment* before scheduling our initial consultation.
Following payments of one fourth of the full price will be due at the end of week 2, week 6, and week 8.
Note* Down payment is not a trial payment. In the event you choose not to complete the package, the balance of payments are still due.
Installments will be processed automatically.
Scheduling:
Consistency and reliability is incredibly important for us to reach success. In order for us to provide all of our clients with the best possible attention and instruction from their trainer, we ask that all training sessions, hand off sessions, or Office Hours are scheduled before we meet.
Payment is required before we are able to schedule our meeting, in order for us to ensure you a spot on our busy schedule that works for all humans, the dog, and the trainer.
Each client is entitled to:
2 15-minute Office Hour meetings a week
Up to 3 months after completion of your course
45 minute trainer and dog sessions, twice a week
45-minute Trainer, Handler, and dog session once a week
1 15 Minute Follow Up phone call
Fast Track:
6 Trainer/Dog Sessions
3 Hand Off Sessions
Persistent Path:
12 Trainer/Dog Sessions
6 Hand Off Sessions
Tenure Track:
20 Trainer/Dog Sessions
10 Trainer/Dog Sessions
Cancellation:
In order to maintain personalized classes to all of our clients, we are unable to accept cancellations. We understand that life throws you curve balls and we want to be here to help you reach success.
Consistency is the key to life long success. In order to help you reach your success and avoid all of that life throws at you.
We ask that reschedules are:
Made up within 5 days of our originally scheduled session
You provide text, phone, or email, notifications about the scheduling issue before our session.
Provide notification no less than 6 hours before our scheduled meeting time
Acceptable Cancellations:
Prolonged illness of the dog
Vet recommendation
Hospitalization of the dog, human, or other immediate household member
Emergency Medical visits
For Human Illness:
We can still meet. Our meeting will move from in person, to a virtual Zoom meeting.
Available Reschedules:
Fast Track:
Not available
Persistent Path:
1 reschedule. Available after 3 consecutive weeks, in order to stay on track
Tenure Track:
2 reschedules. In order to reach our goals, we must have 3 weeks consecutively between reschedules.
Cancellation Breach:
Cancellation is the enemy of success, and consistency is the key. We are here to help you and your dog reach your goals, and find success.
In order to maintain our small class size and achieve the goals we have set out to reach, there will be an additional $300 charge, and 2 added meetings, per breach.
